Commitment: 2 practices per week
Competitions: 6-7 competitions per season within Florida

Commitment: 1 practice per week
Events: 1 exhibition competition per season
Elements of Cheer Class
Ages: K-3rd grade
Structure: 6-8 week sessions
Schedule: 1 hour per week
Tumbling Classes
All levels of tumbling instruction available
Class Duration: 1-hour sessions

This is an all inclusive team that is geared towards children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. We are excited to offer a program that will provide opportunity for physical fitness, self esteem, determination, and the joy of participating in a safe and encouraging environment.
